What is it?

BoomTownFit is a 45 minute group fitness class that is stations based and uses a combination of body weight movements, plyometrics, and strength training.


Each class is coach-led through a dynamic warm-up, a challenging workout (with endless modification options), and an encouraging finisher to end the day with a BOOM!
